1. Terms & Conditions (Anti-Money Laundering)
Vishwas Fincap Services Pvt. Ltd. has adopted written procedures to implement the anti-money laundering provisions as envisaged under the Anti Money Laundering Act, 2002.
We have adopted guidelines issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on New Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and Anti Money Laundering (AML) provisions as envisaged under the Anti Money Laundering Act, 2002, which are required to put in place for a comprehensive policy framework covering KYC Standards and AML Measures.
This policy document is prepared in line with the SEBI guidelines and in line with Vishwas Fincap Services Pvt. Ltd.'s approach to customer identification procedures, customer profiling based on the risk perception, and monitoring of transactions on an ongoing basis. The objective of this policy document is to prevent Vishwas Fincap Services Pvt. Ltd. from being used, intentionally or unintentionally, by criminal elements for money laundering activities and for identifying, monitoring and reporting suspected money laundering or terrorist financing transactions to the law enforcement authorities.
2. Payment Policy
Our payment gateway allows all banks' credit/debit card & net banking procedures. Any personal information provided by you to Vishwas is protected and is not shared to any third party; we make sure that your personal information is secured with the latest encryption techniques while you are ordering a product. Furthermore, we do not store your credit card information at any given point of time.
3. Refund Policy
Please follow our refund wizard on the website or call or mail to our backoffice team. In case of online refund, it will be credited to the same account which was used to perform the transaction by the customer. If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Vishwas.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. As a matter of fact, we would only use your name and other valuable information that relates to you in a manner to set our privacy policy. We only collect information from the relevant customer dealing with, at a particular time.
Information collected by you will be kept in our backend data as long as it's required to us, according to the law. We collect your data to further process purchases, claims, refunds etc. and other services offered by us. The information collected via website is to process your desired purchase or payments.
Information like name, address and contact number shall be shared to our logistics or suppliers for the further process of delivery and for other appropriate reasons. Furthermore, we comply with all applicable standards to ensure your data is kept secure.
